And now let´s dive straight into the DAY 7 MEAL PLAN.


JUICE / SMOOTHIE.

Look, you are not a wellness beginner anymore, so I think you are ready for this veggie juice /smoothie. 

In fact, when you decide to continue cultivating healthy habits and lifestyle (which we deeply hope for), your natural tendency will be reduction of sugars (yes, fruits too) and adding more veggies.

Simply because eating whole foods, eliminating processed foods and added sugars, your body will naturally feel like to have an apple and a banana or pineapple in 1 juice is just too sweet. And so you will start to enjoy the magnificent veggie spectrum more and more...


VEGGIE POWER


BREAKFAST / SNACK.

Who doesn´t like tacos? Well I hope you do and frankly I don´t know anyone who doesn´t. Here is a healthy vegan twist, full of protein and delicious avo.

I like to get gluten free or corn tortillas for easier digestion and my whole family loves them.
