MEAL PLAN DAY 6.

Welcome to DAY 6 MEAL PLAN! 

Today we will load the freezer with some super practical goodies again and taste the healing power of Ayurveda cooking style. 

Ready? Let´s do this. 💪🏼

Before you start with your smoothie, rinse 1 cup of quinoa and boil it with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.


JUICE / SMOOTHIE.

No juicer needed today (no juicer washing wohoooo 🥳). 

Just a nice green, filling and delicious smoothie with a refreshing touch of mint.

BREAKFAST / SNACK.

Although at this point there should be still some hummus or baba ganoush in your fridge for breakfast or snack, but you can also keep it simple today and just grab a seasonal fruit with a handful of nuts.



MEAL 1.

Today I´m bringing you another top choice combo of mine for busy days. 

These veggie burgers are easy to prepare, store for later and are delicious!

Sometimes I just have the Nutritious Bowl as just 1 meal, because it is so filling and easy to digest at the same time. So feel free to combine according your mood.

MEAL 2.


If you have never heard of Ayurveda, it´s good to know that it was one of the first body-mind concept on Earth, it is probably thousands of years old and coming from India.

The idea was to keep people healthy through the food, spices and lifestyle, while respecting a unique composition of each person through “doshas“ - a unique blend of components in the body.

Sounds like something we are all aiming for? 😉

This recipe is inspired by Ayurveda and is neutral for all doshas, which means everyone can benefit from it´s deliciousness.
