WHY I MIGHT BE THE PERSON WHO CAN HELP YOU?

My name is Zuzana and for the last 10 years I´ve been working in the wellness industry as a massage therapist, yoga and bowspring teacher, helping my clients to get rid of pain, gain more flexibility, integrity in the body and optimal wellbeing.

As a single mother of two, after a difficult divorce that left me literally on the street with nothing, health became my top priority. I had to be fit and healthy to do my work and put some food on the table.

My digestion was always problematic since I can remember, so fast food or precooked shortcuts were not an option, as these foods immediately made me ill.

So I needed to create meal plans and strategies to keep myself and my kids healthy.

Over the years, I was trying my own systems and tweaking them, so they are very time efficient and actionable.

No time for BS.

In this program I´m bringing all I´ve found out, learnt, tried and stuck to so it became my lifestyle. 

Many of my clients call me to book a massage when they are in pain, and they often ask me what to do to get rid of chronic back pain and tendinitis. I always say that every pain in the body is inflammation.

When our lifestyle is unhealthy, (processed food, sugar, dairies, toxic environment, lack of sleep, lack of rest or exercise) then the inflammation increases and usually hits the weakest point. So to fix it, we need to use holistic approach, because taking painkillers just removes the symptoms and have loads of harmful side effects.

I often explain them, there are foods that help and those that is better to avoid, that the rest and stretching is as important as exercise and sometimes is even a good idea to be without food to save some energy for healing.

Many of them apply some of these advices from time to time, but without an actionable step-by-step plan it usually doesn ´t deliver awesome results. 

That is why the idea to create this program was born.

  • LIVE WELL 7 DAYS Program is not a copy/paste bunch of healthy recipes found on the internet, full of weird ingredients you cannot buy anywhere close to you.  So no worries, no blue spirulina smoothie with coconut pulp and edible flowers that looks so great on Instagram, but you will never find a shop with those ingredients. I am aware, that if it is not real and easy to do, for most of you it would be a nightmare. All the recipes are those I make daily, with no special equipment and in a small kitchen of my flat I´m renting. They are practical, quick, real and most of all healthy and tasty.

  • LIVE WELL 7 DAYS Program doesn ´t cover just 1 topic of a healthy lifestyle. I don´t promote just yoga, just weight lifting, just running, just bowspring or just one activity I believe is the only one right and all the rest are wrong. I will invite you to observe how your body reacts to different activities, because I believe in balance. Changing different exercise activities also stimulates the brain to learn new moves and engage muscles in different ways. This journey is about you, finding your way through different suggestions and examples.
