I am the founder and managing director of Wellbeing Delivery in Marbella area, certified massage therapist, a postural alignment geek, mother of 2 teenagers and the best dog ever, Luna.
Basically, I just love to serve and take care of people…
My interest and then obsession for what I´m doing now, started somewhere around 2008.
I’ll never forget the feeling in my body I felt after my first yoga class after I moved to Marbella. I felt taller, lighter and like there was more space in my body, my breath was different and the whole world looked different through this new filter. I decided I wanted to know more... and I began my studies to become a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor.
Something similar happened with my experience in massage.
We had this lovely do-nothing and hang-out-by-the-pool day at my friend’s house and we booked a massage therapist for a home visit.
I had massages before in great spas and luxury hotels, but this was different...
The therapist was very good and the best part was we didn’t have to take the car and deal with the traffic and parking. We played our music, had fun and after the treatment we could stay in pajamas to enjoy a cup of tea. The effect where I felt like I had just landed on a different planet was not interrupted by waking up to reality and taking the car home.. And then the idea just hit me – I want to make people feel like this; I need to learn more… and I never stopped learning.
My studies took me several years, while I was going through a difficult divorce that left me literally on the street with nothing but the custody. During these hardest moments I decided to prioritize my health, as I needed loads of energy to work long hours to put some food on the table. As a result, I´ve come up with plenty of time saving actionable strategies for a healthy lifestyle as a single working mom, that I share in my ONLINE LIVE WELL PROGRAMS.
Throughout the years I´ve been working in 5-star hotels, country clubs and resorts. I´ve learnt a lot about spa treatments, but my dream always was to bring top-quality, 5-star services to my clients’ homes and holiday rentals so they don´t have to go anywhere when they are in pain, stressed or just tired. This is how I love to work, and it has established great relationships with my clients and delivered the best results.
From a dancer to Yoga Teacher to a Bowspringer.
There are certainly some common patterns in my journey – posture, movement and evolution.
Another quite important theme – walking away from anything that no longer serves me.
While dancing as a teenager fixed my scoliosis and then Hatha yoga made me very flexible, my body wasn’t strong enough and I had muscular imbalances.
After becoming a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, I studied Anusara Yoga for a few years but now I’m hooked on Bowspring and discovering the secrets of healthy posture and its functionality in movement. It is a lifetime journey. It is evolution.
After my first massage therapy course I´ve studied Thai massage, Hot Stone massage, Indian Head massage, different varieties of spa and beauty treatments, and became a certified BABOR beauty therapist. Yet it is still not the end, I love to fuse many techniques to get the most desirable results for my clients.
As a result, my clients generally say that I am much stronger than I look 😀 .
Most of the time what I do is this: FIXING PEOPLE’S TENSION CAUSED BY UNHEALTHY POSTURE.
My zodiac sign is Aries, I am vegetarian and number 9 (Peacemaker) in Enneagram.
I love nature and can spend endless hours on the beach or in the mountains with no preference.
You can find me cooking or baking for my family, and in general I love healthy food and collect all the recipes I can, to cook later (in all my spare time? hahaha)
I almost always walk with bare feet, hate cold (it is never too hot) and I love kale, ginger and coffee (but not all mixed together! 😀 ).
